Part of a 12-month Leadership Excellence programme being run in partnership with FranklinCovey, the day focused on leadership through coaching.
Over 100 senior leaders attended the workshops, demonstrating our commitment to continuous development throughout the organisation. It’s just one aspect of our "Build" focus – that gives colleagues the opportunity to thrive both personally and professionally.
Leaders attended the event in London from all our locations around the world. Teaming up with FranklinCovey to deliver the programme gives our people access to world leading tools, methodology, training and thought leadership.
