Notice of results announcement date

William Hill PLC (‘William Hill’ or the ‘Group’) announces a revised date for the publication of its final results for the 52 weeks ended 29 December 2020.

The results will now be published on 4 March 2021, after William Hill’s auditor Deloitte requested, in light of practical resource constraints due to the current lockdown, that flexibility be applied to the current year-end timetable1,2.

This short delay will allow sufficient time for the auditor to complete its audit of the results and ensure the quality of its reporting is not compromised. The Board expects to report audited full year results in line with the trading update provided on 13 January 2021.
